How do I register?
  • Online registration at www.pacommunityed.com - find the course you are looking for and follow the registration links.
  • Mail: a fully completed registration form with cheque to "PACE 10238 168th St, Surrey, BC V4N 1Z4"
  • Drop-off: a completed registration form at any of the PA school offices located at 10238 168th St, Surrey
  • Please note that each child requires a separate registration form.
Where do I pick-up and drop-off my child?
  • Drop-off: each course has been assigned to a room and or gym within one of the schools. Students can be dropped off at the front foyer of the school assigned.
  • Pick-up: All students can be picked up at the Middle school gym foyer entrance at 3:30pm (unless otherwise stated)
How will my child get to after camp supervision?
  • One of our instructors will escort your child to the after camp supervision area (middle school gym). You can pick up your child here when you arrive.
Can I register my child on the first day of camp?
  • Yes, you can register on the first day of camp but only at the middle school main entrance, and only if space is available.
What is your refund policy?
  • All requests for refunds must be made in writing. Cheque refunds, less a $25 administrative charge per cancellation, will be issued for all camp cancellations up to two weeks (14 days) before the first day of the camp. There are NO REFUNDS within the two week period before the first day of the camp. Pro-rating and refunds are NOT available for days absent, or for any other reasons.
What is your cancellation policy?
  • PACE reserves the right to cancel a camp by 3:30 P.M. one week before the start date. In such cases, all fees for a cancelled camp/course will be refunded.
Where do the camps take place?
  • All camps take place on the Pacific Academy Campus at 10238 168th St., Surrey, BC (unless otherwise stated)
How do I know if a camp still has availability?
  • Camps that are full will be listed under "Filled Camps" on the PACE Office webpage.
Do I have to attend PA to go to the camps?
  • Any student between Kindergarten and grade 12 can join our programs. PACE camps are intended to serve the community within and outside of Pacific Academy.
